MVMNT Fitness – GPP
A: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Death by Burpee:
EMOM (10 Round Max)
5 Burpees
*Each successful minute add 1 rep
Ex:
Min 1 = 5 Burpees
Min 2 = 6 Burpees
Min 3 = 7 Burpees
Min 4 = 8 Burpees
Etc.
Done when you’re no longer able to complete the reps within the minute
OR
After the 10th Round
Rest 3-5mins between A, B, and C.
B: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Death by HRPU:
EMOM (10 Round Max)
5 HRPU
*Each successful minute add 2 Reps*
Ex:
Min 1 = 5 HRPU
Min 2 = 7 HRPU
Min 3 = 9 HRPU
Min 4 = 11 HRPU
Etc.
Done when you’re no longer able to complete the reps within the minute
OR
After the 10th Round
C: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

5 Air Squat
*Each successful minute add 3 Reps*
Ex:
Min 1 = 5 Air Squat
Min 2 = 8 Air Squat
Min 3 = 11 Air Squat
Min 4 = 14 Air Squat
Etc.
Done when you’re no longer able to complete the reps within the minute
OR
After the 10th Round
