Group Fitness

Every group training session is led by an Experienced and Certified Trainer and is designed to be fun, high energy, and challenging so that you have fun and get in a great workout.
During these group workouts, we will focus on functional movements that mimic things you do in your everyday lives. We will get you outside of your comfort zone, and do so without compromising your ability to safely conduct the movements used in the workouts. We will constantly be ramping up the intensity of your workouts based on your ability to properly movements.

Our group environment is one that is unbeatable. The support, motivation, and accountability from the other members in the class is like nothing you have experienced before. You will become part of one of the most unique and selfless fitness communities in all of Boise.

Individual Coaching/Programing

At MVMNT Fitness, our Individualized Design Program is the best way to not only meet your fitness goals, but exceed them! You have daily support from your own dedicated Coach who provides you with personalized workouts that are guaranteed to improve your strength, cardiovascular health, agility, and endurance.

Whether your priority is to lose weight, prepare for a sport, or use fitness to improve your health and help balance your hectic life, we have a coach who will guide you there.
We Coach you through your journey and give the best Coaching around Nutrition, Lifestyle, and Training.

All ages and fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to enroll. Our coaches are not only experts in health and fitness, but they are also expert motivators and supporters.
