Teen classes follow a similar flow to GPP classes with a bit more emphasis on having fun.  The goal of the class is to train young athletes to believe there is an accessible path to success, regardless the end goal – there is a way to get there.  With practice and discipline small steps turn into massive strides as long as consistency is the goal.  We focus on working WITH young athletes to improve, whether experience is one day or ten years.  The success of this program is dependent on how inspired the participants are when leaving each day.
