General Physical Preparedness (GPP): Rowing, Running, Riding, Pushing, Pulling, Squatting, Picking Up, Putting Down, this program is designed to mix in as many different variations of movement that we practice. We constantly train to be prepared to adapt to new challenge AND moving in the most efficient way possible. The class format on a daily basis will have a similar flow, but the intent of each workout changes while maintaining the direction of the current phase. We focus on improving movement and range of motion. Louie Simmons, who trains some of the strongest people in the world said this:
